Free Shipping: All orders will be shipped out within 48 working hours after the approval of payment. Shipping is FREE via Standard Ground Service, which takes 2-8 working days to be delivered, carrier by USPS, or UPS.

NOTE: If you you need your order to be shipped FASTER than Free Shipping (Standard Ground Service), leave us a note/email at the time of checkout, so we can calculate the total extra shipping cost of your order and charge you accordingly. If you do not agree at the extra shipping charges we will either cancel the order or process it via free shipping (Standard Ground Service).

We currently only accept PayPal as a form of payment.

Coupons Instructions & Requirements

    1. Customer MUST create an account before using the provided coupon.

    2. Customer MUST be logged in.

    3. Add all the desired items into the shopping cart.

    4. Navigate to the Shopping Cart (TOP RIGHT). 

    5. Click "Use Coupon Code".

    6. Enter coupon code in provided box and click "Apply Coupon" (Feedback will be provided at the top if coupon was successful or not)

    7. Proceed with checkout.

    Note: Coupon will only be valid for one single purchase.

Return Policy 
We follow BoardingBlue's return policy in general, with our own policy for selected items, such as rolling bags and rolling backpacks. NO full refund will be issued due to undeliverable address, No reason refuse delivery, ect. which is not the mistake caused by the seller. The refund will deduct the shipping cost by the buyer's mistake. Please, please, please check carefully before your purchase. It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect the quality and file the Return for any reason within 5 days from the date of receipt posted in the system. Unused and unworn item with all attached tags or documents is accepted within 5 days counting from the receiving date posted in the system by the carrier. Shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item. If the item sold on website with a quality problem caused by manufacturer's defects and workmanship, we will, in our discretion, either fix or replace it. However, this warranty does not cover the damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear. The return item for refund must be unused and unworn with original tags with an Email Claim for Return sending to the seller within 3 working days after the receipt counting from the delivery date posted in the BoardingBlue system by the carrier. For rolling backpacks, bags and rolling luggage, we in advance advise buyers to check and inspect the items received within 5 days after the date of receipt counting from the delivery date posted in the BoardingBlue system by the carrier. For return after the 5 inspection period, a clear picture of wheels must be emailed for Return Approval. For seasonal products, such as kid's school backpacks, rolling backpacks, $5.95 restocking charge will be deducting from the refund if the return claim to be made after Sep 9, 2017. Every effort is made to ship orders complete. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered, we will send out "in stock" products and the balance of the order will follow as soon as possible. Back orders older than 90 days will be automatically canceled, unless there are special circumstances. International orders will be charged full shipping charges on backorders. Please specify if you would like your order shipped complete only.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from BoardingBlue website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the shipping carrier.
